![]() ![]() Properly collect, record and deposit in the designated bank all monies or cash equivalents and accompanying documentation at the end of each shift.Assist with auctions of storage units, as needed.Daily facility walk through, for unit vacates, locks, condition, and maintenance needs and cleanliness.Prepare pay or vacate notices, facilitate evictions and other collection activities as necessary. Prepare and send monthly tenant statements and any other correspondence as necessary, performing timely and accurate collection of rent payments, including those past due.Perform such things as re-negotiation efforts and oversight of accounts. ![]() Resolves contractual and/or operational issues. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current accounts.Answer phone inquiries from prospective tenants, converting phone inquiries into site visits, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about the facility to prospective tenants.Provide comprehensive customer service, including but not limited to leasing of storage units, response, and conflict resolution functions, maintaining courteous, respectful and professional relationship with all customers, vendors and managers.The position involves general office and light maintenance duties.ĮSSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Responsible for renting storage units and selling merchandise, providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers, accepting payments, calling delinquent accounts and preparing daily deposits, ensuring the storage facilities are well maintained and recording any damage or potential hazards to the Storage Manager.
